Massive Meltzone

Efficient Package

Chube Conduction, far left. Chube Compact, middle. Chube Air, far right.

Boasting either a 42mm or 52mm long meltzone in the Air or Conduction configurations, the Chube Hotend is one of the most compact high-flow hotends on the market. Both versions are 60mm long before adding your chosen nozzle.

With all that meltzone, the Chube Hotend remains lightweight: Air weighs in at 69g, and the Conduction at 74g. Final weight will differ based upon chosen heater, thermistor, and nozzle.

Chube Compact, pictured in the middle, is physically smaller than Air and Conduction, but boasts an incredibly long meltzone. Before the nozzle, Compact has a relatively massive meltzone of 33mm. Once a standard V6 nozzle is installed, it comes in at about 39.5mm. This is the most meltzone per mm of length on the market!

Even with all that meltzone, Compact remains lightweight, at 50g bare. After the heater and thermistor are installed, it weighs in at around 63g, depending on your wire lengths, and nozzle choice.

Featuring Chalice Heatbreak Technology

The Chalice Heatbreak, used in all current Chube Hotends, uses aerospace materials combined with a hard, lubricious surface treatment to provide an unrivaled printing experience.

The thin, unibody break can withstand extreme temperatures and abrasive materials with ease while still preventing heat creep; keeping the surrounding components cold.

The cup design of Chalice provides an ideal seat for the bowden tube and smoothly guides filament into the generous meltzone.

Thoughtful Design in Innovative Package

We've taken the time to get things right and to be the change we want to see in hotend design.

Our design is both incredibly robust as well as thermally efficient, meaning both better performance as well as lower downtime.

Chube Hotends are excellent for high temperature printing, and ideal for abrasive materials. This, however, doesn’t mean that it doesn’t excel at standard materials such as PLA, ABS, or PETG!

Featuring a compact but serviceable design with integrated part-cooling shield, The Chube hotend is designed with users in mind from install to print.
